This page sets out the legal status of Clic Scent and its relationship with the brands whose products appear on this website.
Independent reseller
Clic Scent is an independent online retailer specialising in authentic perfume decants. We purchase genuine bottles of branded fragrances on the open market and decant them into smaller 2 ml, 5 ml and 10 ml glass containers, which we then sell as samples. We are not a brand, we do not produce or reformulate fragrances, and we do not sell counterfeit or imitation products.
No affiliation with the brands shown
Clic Scent is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any commercial relationship with any of the perfume houses, designers or fragrance brands whose products appear on this website. The presence of a brand name, logo or fragrance on Clic Scent does not imply any partnership, agency, licensing arrangement or official authorisation.
Trademarks
All trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos and brand identifiers displayed on this website are the property of their respective owners. They are used solely in a descriptive and informative capacity, to identify the original fragrance from which each decant is made, in accordance with the principle of honest use of a third-party trademark under European trademark law (Article 14(1)(c) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1001).
Product authenticity
All decants sold by Clic Scent are made from authentic, genuine bottles purchased through legitimate retail channels. We do not sell counterfeit, fake, or unauthorised reproductions. Each decant is transferred into a new, unused glass vial in clean conditions.
