Returns & refunds
At Clic Scent we sell authentic fragrance decants filled from original bottles. Because decants are hygiene-sensitive products, opened items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@clicscent.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-delivery
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
